Paper

Each print is produced with high quality fine art inkjet paper using archival pigment inks, chosen for their exceptional longevity, rich color depth, and stunning black-and-white tonal range.

Paper prints do not include a mat, frame, or border.

Luster – A professional semi-gloss paper with a subtle texture that enhances detail while helping to minimize fingerprints and glare.

Matte – A luxurious 100% cotton hot press fine art paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish and exceptional archival quality.

Pearl – A high-gloss paper with a luminous pearlescent sheen that adds depth, vibrancy, and a striking dimensional quality to the image, giving the look of a metal print at paper pricing

Metal

Metal prints are created using a dye-sublimation process that infuses the image directly onto a premium aluminum surface, producing exceptional detail, vibrant color, and lasting durability. Each print arrives ready to display with an inset metal frame and hanging wire pre-installed for easy and quick hanging.

Do you offer returns?

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances. To ensure every order receives the care it deserves, all artwork is printed and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this made-to-order process, returns and exchanges are not accepted. I strongly encourage reviewing your order style, size, etc before placing your order to ensure everything is correct and to your liking. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact kaylamariegallery@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order. I will work with you to the best of my ability to resolve the issue.

What happens if my items show up damages

Though my items are packed to avoid damages, once they are out of my hands and in the possession of the mail carrier, it is out of my control. Damage can happen during shipping, though it is very rare. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact kaylamariegallery@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order. Include photos of the damage and I will work with you to the best of my ability to resolve the issue.

My photo print is not to the quality I expected, what can I do?

I am happy to say that I have not had any quality issues with my printer in the 5+ years I have used them! If you receive your order and something is wrong with it, please contact kaylamariegallery@gmail.com as soon as you receive your order. Include photos of any quality issues or damage and I will work with you to the best of my ability to resolve the issue.
